Colour and flower preference T&C’s

At Hollie and Co, we do our best to provided particular flowers or colours you request but due to supply issues or crop growth sometimes we are unable to fulfill these requests. If this does occur, we will source similar flowers or colours that we think fit the theme/ style.

At Hollie and Co, we take inspiration from the photos you provide, and we then deliver our own interpretation. We do not match like for like.

Arbours and Structures

We have a recommended list of suppliers for arbour hire as structural quality is very important. Our floral arrangements can be quite heavy, and an unstable or weak arbour can limit the number of flowers we can attach. The last thing we want is an arbour to fall on you during your ceremony. Please keep this in mind when booking your arbour/ backdrops.

Deposit and Refunds

We require a 20% deposit to secure your event date. Your date will not be held without a deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be used as credit for another date if your event is moved.

Final Payments

Final payments must be made 2 months prior to the event date.
